With over 25 years’ experience within the printing and marketing communications industry, I have an enviable track record of successful contract wins and renewals across Retail, Financial Services and Public Sector.
Having spent 15 years selling to public and private sectors, I know how difficult life can be when a tender arrives and you have to squeeze it in around your day job. I also know how devastating it is when you’ve spent weeks on a bid, put heart and soul into it, only to have your competition walk away with the deal.
My key skills focus on managing bid projects and preparing professionally written proposal and response documents, working with you from qualification through to contract signing.
Over the past three years, I have focused on helping senior managers and sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop win themes and create value propositions by using best
practice methodologies that result in higher win rates.
I am a PRINCE2 Practitioner and a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
